Returns & Refund Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD): Return request within 7 days after delivery.
Credit/Debit Card: Return request within 7 days after delivery.
PayPal: Return request within 7 days after delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

Reason for the return or refund request

After your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide:

Return shipping address
Return instructions
Further processing information

Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

3. Returning Your Item

When returning your package, please follow these recommendations:

Use a shipping service that provides tracking information.
Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Ensure all original packaging and accessories are included whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches our return facility.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through the refund method confirmed by our customer service team.

5. Returns Due to Product Defects

If the product you receive has any of the following issues:

Damaged during delivery
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect item received
Missing parts or accessories
Other quality issues caused by us

Once confirmed, we will:

6. Returns for Personal Reasons

If you wish to return an item because of:

Changed your mind
Ordered the wrong item
No longer need the product
Personal preference

You may request a return within 7 days after delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and in new condition.
All original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories are included.
The item is not damaged by misuse.

In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

Return request submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
Missing accessories, packaging, manuals, or labels.
Damage caused by improper use or accidental damage.
Customer information does not match the original order.
Any condition that affects the resale value of the product.
8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or model, please:

Submit a return request for the original item.
Place a new order for your preferred product.
9. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.

Therefore, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may request a return according to this policy.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made directly to the courier when the package is delivered.

If the billing address and shipping address are different, please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the package and complete the payment.
